Welcome to Coastal Energy Healing ~healing at the source~   Coastal Energy Healing offers a wide variety of healing services to help you heal emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.   Energy is the underlying, unifying aspect of all things.  It affects us on every level; mental, emotional, spiritual and even physical.  When our energy becomes unbalanced through traumatic events, negative thinking or just from the harried pace of modern life, we interrupt that flow of energy which, over time, can lead to blockages, illnesses and repetitive, unhealthy patterns.  I help to balance the energy and therefore all parts, mental, physical, emotional and spiritual, of clients through integrated healing sessions incorporating  FACT (Facilitating Acceptance and Choice Technique), and Reiki (Gentle Aromatherapy may also be added to your session at your request.)   FACT (Facilitating Acceptance and Choice Technique) is a mind-body energy balancing process combining the best aspects of several energy balancing techniques that aids in clearing mental, emotional and physical trauma and stress.  It combines a few energy points with specific statements to rebalance the mind and thereby bring balance to the body, mind and emotions.  It is a simple process that, once learned, you can easily do for yourself to reap its benefits daily.  Through FACT, long-standing hurts, patterns and thoughts are able to be released to clear the way for a more fulfilling life, the life you want.  Your conscious, subconscious, information and energy systems are accessed and healed.  Click here to learn more about FACT and what it can do for you   Reiki is a laying on of hands healing system originating in Japan in the late 1800's.  Reiki means "Universal life force energy".  During a Reiki session this healing energy is used to bring about stress reduction and calmness which aids the body, mind and emotions in healing and improvement.  Reiki energy heals on all levels. Reiki can also be used to help you achieve your goals by healing negative patterns and blockages. Click here to learn more about Reiki and its many benefits, including recent research   During a healing session, I incorporate both modalities.  For any issue, mental or emotional, physical or spiritual this method facilitates healing in your life. During an integrated healing session we participate in a complete FACT session and end with a brief but very relaxing Reiki session where Universal Life Force energy is channelled into your chakras.  This helps to ground and center all of the healing that has taken place. It is safe, gentle and non-invasive.  It does not interfere with any other healing modality, conventional or alternative, that you may be using.  Integrating FACT and Reiki chakra healing creates a powerful healing combination that addresses every level of your body, mind, spirit and emotions.  We can also incorporate FACT into a full Reiki session.  This is a wonderful combination that helps address a specific area in your life that needs healing.  During the Reiki session, we will focus/meditate briefly on the FACT steps in the beginning of the Reiki session and allow it's mind-body integration to occur during the peaceful healing of a complete Reiki session.  This is a wonderful way to bring balance and peace to whatever you'd like.  It is relaxing and effective. If you prefer only one type of healing per session, I offer them seperately as well.  Individually, they are potent techniques that can bring about profound changes as well.  I invite you to choose that which you feel would most benefit you.
