I have been on a quest for many years to discover the true meaning of health and how to achieve it. Healing to me is a process that encompasses every aspect of our lives.   To be healthy and happy, we need to acknowledge all parts of ourselves with acceptance and love. I have followed a spiritual path for 16 years that has always challenged and inspired me.  I have grown up knowing there are great mysteries in the universe and we are a part of that greater mystery.  My work with traditional shamanic techniques has allowed me to have glimpses of this multi-dimensional existence and I am awed and humbled by it. Through the years, I've tried many healing techniques and pursued various philosophies about the way to experience health.  This has helped me to learn what, I feel, works and what doesn't and has allowed me to gain a broad overview as well as a little clarity.  I, myself, healed years-long sciatica through the application of energy-healing and it's philosophies.  I believe many levels of treatment are often necessary for healing, but true healing comes only when our energy and emotions are healed. I have worked with energy healing specifically for 7 years and am a certified Reiki Master/Teacher. I have come to understand the absolute importance of taking care of ourselves spiritually, energetically and emotionally.  Reiki, the chakras and FACT have proven that they are powerful yet simple tools that can address all these areas of our lives.  They help us achieve our goals for happiness, whatever they may be, by working with every part of ourselves, including our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.  I hope to help people experience healing, comfort and peace in their lives. We are all truly spiritual beings having a physical experience.  May we enjoy our journeys.
